Class Styles

 

REFORMER CLASSES

FOUNDATIONS: If you are new to Pilates, returning after a while, after injury or post-partum, or if you would like to get back to the basics of Pilates. Safe for pregnancy and post partum

ALL LEVELS: Reformer All Levels is designed for everyone from beginner to experienced and everything in between. Be prepared to get back to basics, building to more challenging exercises throughout the classes, with options to meet your body where it's at that day. All are welcome. Safe for pregnancy and postpartum.

STRONG: Reformer Strong is designed for those who have attended 3 or more reformer classes, to challenge you beyond the basics, building on the foundations and adding more complex movements.

FUSION: A reformer class with elements of barre and a sprinkle of yoga, come together for the ultimate reformer workout experience! Expect to feel the burn with dynamic reformer exercises and barre-inspired moves followed by deep, satisfying stretches that leave you feeling lengthened and refreshed. This class blends challenge, precision, flow, and fun, ensuring you walk away feeling stronger, stretched and energized!

 

 

​PRE/POSTNATAL: 

Our Pre- & Post-natal Reformer Pilates classes are designed to offer a space for those who are pregnant or post-partum to work on total body strength, mobility, flexibility and posture. This class is appropriate for anyone looking to improve overall fitness and don't have any current injuries. These classes are also bub friendly!

We recommend that all participants have an assessment and are cleared to exercise post partum by a women's health physiotherapist or your doctor. Please contact us if you would like an assessment for participation with us or would like to discuss further.​

INTRODUCTORY OFFER

If you are new to Pilates or to our Studio then this is for you! Try our Intro Offer to experience our various class styles and instructors. Available for new clients only.

20 CLASS PACK            $700        $35 PER CLASS, 8 MONTH EXPIRY

Booking is essential. A 24 hr cancellation policy applies.

*Please note that classes cannot be claimed under private health insurance policies.

We are using MINDBODY and have over 15 classes to choose from. Create an account, purchase, book and manage classes below or if you have a smartphone you can download the MINDBODY app to your phone, search for us "Tidal Physiotherapy & Pilates" and click the heart icon in the top right corner to add us to your favourites list for easy reference!
