Class Styles
REFORMER CLASSES
FOUNDATIONS: If you are new to Pilates, returning after a while, after injury or post-partum, or if you would like to get back to the basics of Pilates. Safe for pregnancy and post partum
ALL LEVELS: Reformer All Levels is designed for everyone from beginner to experienced and everything in between. Be prepared to get back to basics, building to more challenging exercises throughout the classes, with options to meet your body where it's at that day. All are welcome. Safe for pregnancy and postpartum.
STRONG: Reformer Strong is designed for those who have attended 3 or more reformer classes, to challenge you beyond the basics, building on the foundations and adding more complex movements.
​PRE/POSTNATAL:
Our Pre- & Post-natal Reformer Pilates classes are designed to offer a space for those who are pregnant or post-partum to work on total body strength, mobility, flexibility and posture. This class is appropriate for anyone looking to improve overall fitness and don't have any current injuries. These classes are also bub friendly!
We recommend that all participants have an assessment and are cleared to exercise post partum by a women's health physiotherapist or your doctor. Please contact us if you would like an assessment for participation with us or would like to discuss further.

FLOOR CLASSES
KIDS DANCE:
For kids ages 3-6 years.Wear the kids out before bed with our fun filled kids dance class.
Full of non stop moving and grooving along to well known music, while developing fine motor skills and confidence. Let their imagination run wild, as they are introduced to the world of dance. We foster creativity and self esteem and truely believe everyone has their own beat. Your child will be introduced to ballet, jazz and hip hop and you will see their love for dance grow.
BUMS & TUMS:
Get ready to feel the burn, with our bums and tums cardio party. Work up a sweat with this high energy cardio workout, mixed with total body toning moves, to sculpt those bums and tums. The class is set to uplifting empowering music, to keep you motivated. We will do 5 fat burning tracks standing, then 5 toning tracks on our mats, so bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and a towel because you will definitely sweat in this class!
