WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

New patients will be asked to create a profile on our booking system where they can complete their Intake Form, book or reschedule appointments, view past or upcoming appointments, and upload documents.

โ€‹

We ask that you complete your intake form prior to the appointment so we may review it before we meet.

โ€‹

If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call.

โ€‹

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

โ€‹

You do not need a doctor's referral to receive Physiotherapy treatment unless required by your Health Fund. If you are unsure then you will need to call your health fund directly to inquire.

โ€‹

If your doctor has given you a Care Plan (EPC), please bring all documents to your initial visit or upload to your patient profile which you can create here.

โ€‹

If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call.

โ€‹

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENTS?

โ€‹

Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing or active wear which allows exposure to the injured or painful area.

โ€‹

DO YOU PROVIDE DIRECT BILLING TO MY HEALTH FUND OR MEDICARE

โ€‹

No. We do not provide direct billing. You will be required to pay for your appointment upon attending and we will provide you with an electronic receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

โ€‹

HOW LONG ARE YOUR APPOINTMENTS

โ€‹

Appointments are 1 hour in length to allow for our thorough and detailed assessment and treatment approach.
Because we spend more time with you at once, we rarely recommend more than one visit per week.

Options for shorter or longer appointments are available following the initial visit, which can be discussed at the visit.

โ€‹

ARE YOU SIRA APPROVED?

โ€‹

Yes. We are SIRA approved and able to take Worker's Compensation and CTP claims however we have a limited capacity so you will need to call or email us prior to booking an appointment to discuss availability.

To be treated under Workers Compensation or CTP you will need to bring your referral from the GP and all insurance details, including insurance company, claim number and case manager.

โ€‹

DO YOU ACCEPT DVA REFERRALS?

โ€‹

At this time we do not have the capacity to accept DVA referrals.
